- Introduction
At Craftwerkt, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers.
- Eligibility
We offer Return / 25% Refund on eligible products only if a customer receive a package with defective or damaged upon Craftwerkt’s products that is due to our errors. It must be eligible products within 5 days of the delivery date and to be eligible for a return/refund. An non-edited unboxing video is required, we inspect, double check and make a 360 degrees photos of the packages with the customer’s name and address before they get shipped to their address, every items we sent to a customer including the container will and can be used as a physical proof on customer’s requests.
- Initiating a Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- 3.1 Contact our Customer Service team at support@craftwerkt.com to request a return authorization.
- 3.2 Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return/refund.
- 3.3 If applicable, provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos to demonstrate any defects or damage.
- 3.4 If we approve your request and it is by our fault, we will reship 100% of the products on our cost or refund 25% of the total cost of the defected products.
- Packaging Requirements for Returned Products
Before returning the item(s), please ensure that they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. Additionally, for orders placed through our website, Facebook page, Shopee, or Lazada, we require customers to make a video recording of the unboxing process as proof of the item’s condition upon receipt, without this, we have rights to immediately decline your request without any further notices. If the condition of the items are not as same as the in the video you first provided which caused by the customer’s unsafe packaging, customer’s request will instantly be declined.
- Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) unless the return is due to our error which is mainly a defective/damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered safely. This is exclusively for customers that have purchased on our Website (https://craftwerkt.com/store), Facebook page or Line. Shopee and Lazada have their own terms, please follow them carefully. Make sure that you’re not using a phishing URL’s.
- Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned product(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for return or exchange. If the product(s) meet our return criteria, we will process your request within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. We do not refund to any other financial accounts than the one that is used to process the order.
- Exclusions
Please note that only certain product(s) may be eligible for returns or 25% refunds. If eligible but are:
- 7.1 Product(s) that are not in their original condition or packaging
- 7.2 Product(s) that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Craftwerkt
- 7.3 Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged)
- 7.4 Product(s purchased through third-party sellers or retailers (e.g., resellers, distributors)
then a customer’s request will be instantly declined
